4月21日上午，博鰲亞洲論壇2022年年會(huì )開(kāi)幕式在海南博鰲舉行，國家主席習近平以視頻方式發(fā)表題為《攜手迎接挑戰，合作開(kāi)創(chuàng )未來(lái)》的主旨演講。中國外文局所屬當代中國與世界研究院、中國翻譯研究院根據中央媒體及機構發(fā)布的中英文內容，圍繞講話(huà)中的重要語(yǔ)匯，整理形成漢英對照版，供業(yè)界及相關(guān)人員參考使用。

人類(lèi)歷史告訴我們，越是困難時(shí)刻，越要堅定信心。任何艱難曲折都不能阻擋歷史前進(jìn)的車(chē)輪。

A review of human history teaches us that the more difficult things get, the greater the need grows to stay confident. No difficulties could ever stop the wheel of history.

For us to break through the mist and embrace a bright future, the biggest strength comes from cooperation and the most effective way is through solidarity.

一、四個(gè)“共同”

共同守護人類(lèi)生命健康。

We need to work together to defend people’s lives and health. 

共同促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟復蘇。

We need to work together to promote economic recovery. 

共同維護世界和平安寧。

We need to work together to maintain peace and stability in the world. 

共同應對全球治理挑戰。

We need to work together to tackle global governance challenges.

二、三點(diǎn)“倡議”

堅定維護亞洲和平。

We should resolutely safeguard peace in Asia. 

積極推動(dòng)亞洲合作。

We should vigorously advance Asian cooperation.

共同促進(jìn)亞洲團結。

We should jointly promote Asian unity. 

三、全球安全倡議

為了促進(jìn)世界安危與共，中方愿在此提出全球安全倡議：

To promote security for all in the world, China would like to propose a Global Security Initiative as follows:

-堅持共同、綜合、合作、可持續的安全觀(guān)，共同維護世界和平和安全；

stay committed to the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security, and work together to maintain world peace and security;

-堅持尊重各國主權、領(lǐng)土完整，不干涉別國內政，尊重各國人民自主選擇的發(fā)展道路和社會(huì )制度；

stay committed to respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries, uphold non-interference in internal affairs, and respect the independent choices of development paths and social systems made by people in different countries;

-堅持遵守聯(lián)合國憲章宗旨和原則，摒棄冷戰思維，反對單邊主義，不搞集團政治和陣營(yíng)對抗；

stay committed to abiding by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, reject the Cold War mentality, oppose unilateralism, and say no to group politics and bloc confrontation;

-堅持重視各國合理安全關(guān)切，秉持安全不可分割原則，構建均衡、有效、可持續的安全架構，反對把本國安全建立在他國不安全的基礎之上；

stay committed to taking the legitimate security concerns of all countries seriously, uphold the principle of indivisible security, build a balanced, effective and sustainable security architecture, and oppose the pursuit of one’s own security at the cost of others’ security;

-堅持通過(guò)對話(huà)協(xié)商以和平方式解決國家間的分歧和爭端，支持一切有利于和平解決危機的努力，不能搞雙重標準，反對濫用單邊制裁和“長(cháng)臂管轄”；

stay committed to peacefully resolving differences and disputes between countries through dialogue and consultation, support all efforts conducive to the peaceful settlement of crises, reject double standards, and oppose the wanton use of unilateral sanctions and long-arm jurisdiction;

-堅持統籌維護傳統領(lǐng)域和非傳統領(lǐng)域安全，共同應對地區爭端和恐怖主義、氣候變化、網(wǎng)絡(luò )安全、生物安全等全球性問(wèn)題。

stay committed to maintaining security in both traditional and non-traditional domains, and work together on regional disputes and global challenges such as terrorism, climate change, cybersecurity and biosecurity.

四、其他重要表述

安全是發(fā)展的前提，人類(lèi)是不可分割的安全共同體。

Security is the precondition for development. We humanity are living in an indivisible security community. 

世界各國乘坐在一條命運與共的大船上，要穿越驚濤駭浪、駛向光明未來(lái)，必須同舟共濟，企圖把誰(shuí)扔下大海都是不可接受的。

Countries around the world are like passengers aboard the same ship who share the same destiny. For the ship to navigate the storm and sail toward a bright future, all passengers must pull together. The thought of throwing anyone overboard is simply not acceptable.

中國經(jīng)濟韌性強、潛力足、回旋余地廣、長(cháng)期向好的基本面不會(huì )改變，將為世界經(jīng)濟企穩復蘇提供強大動(dòng)能，為各國提供更廣闊的市場(chǎng)機會(huì )。

The fundamentals of the Chinese economy -- its strong resilience, enormous potential, vast room for maneuver and long-term sustainability -- remain unchanged. They will provide great dynamism for the stability and recovery of the world economy and broader market opportunities for all countries.

中國將始終不渝堅持走和平發(fā)展道路，始終做世界和平的建設者、全球發(fā)展的貢獻者、國際秩序的維護者。

China will unswervingly follow the path of peaceful development, and always be a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development, and a defender of the international order.
